At 19 years old, Chris White is already a two-time champion — and one of New Zealand motorsport's most exciting young talents. The Christchurch driver entered the Bridgestone GR86 Championship in 2024-25 and immediately made his mark, claiming the Rookie title and two outright race victories in his debut season.

In 2025-26, racing with Neale Motorsport, Chris was the standout of the entire championship — dominant across six rounds and ultimately crowned GR86 Champion at Taupo Motorsport Park in April 2026.

Away from the GR86 series, Chris has already sampled GT4 machinery alongside Tony Quinn in Australia. His prize for winning the 2025-26 title: three rounds in the Monochrome GT4 Australia series in the GR Supra GT4 Evo.

Chris White entered the 2025-26 season as a hot favourite — and delivered on every expectation. Racing for Neale Motorsport, he was the standout driver across all six rounds, building a points lead that proved unassailable.

The title was sealed at Taupo Motorsport Park in dramatic fashion — the final race run with Cyclone Vaianu bearing down on the circuit. Chris finished second on the road, more than enough. Dominant. Deserved. Done.
